The Hi Awards for ingredient innovation provide a prestigious showcase of the best new health ingredients launched in the last two years by the food ingredients industry.

 

The final judging of the Hi Awards will be held during the show, with gold, silver and bronze trophies being awarded to three outstanding winners.

The Hi Europe Awards celebrates the best and brightest of the global ingredients industry.
